The Company does not guarantee approvals, processing limits, settlement timelines, chargeback ratios, or account longevity. All decisions are made solely by the relevant payment service provider or acquiring bank.
We may charge service-based fees such as agency, setup, integration, or consultancy fees depending on the merchant’s business model and risk profile. These fees are not related to transaction processing or fund handling.
The Company does not control underwriting decisions, account actions, settlement timelines, or operational matters of third-party providers and shall not be liable for financial losses, delays, chargebacks, penalties, or account restrictions imposed by them.
